1. Google Earth software is a double edged weapon where it is being used by militant and terrorists to fight against the countries and on other side Google Earth is able to zoom to regions like Darfur in Sudan and also assist in world wildlfe activities.
2. Thus a strict balance needs to be maintained by Google where its software should be able to assist the general public and on the other side it should not allow anti social elements to use its inputs courtesy its software to use against the human machinery or for the destruction of the organisations.
